Introduction - SOS TECH SERVICES (referred to as "the Agency") is dedicated to providing notch services, which include website development, web development, web design, UI/UX design, social media marketing, app development and more to its valued clients (referred to as "the Client") at reasonable prices. Prior, to engaging our services we kindly request you to read and comprehend the following terms and conditions.

  2. Commencement of Work - The Agency will initiate work on a project upon the receipt of a payment amounting to 30% of the total project cost.

  3. Project Cancellation - The Client has the option to cancel the project at any time; however it is important to consider the following;
    • If the cancellation occurs before work has begun a complete refund of the payment will be provided.
    • If cancellation takes place after work initiation the upfront payment becomes non refundable.
    • If cancellation happens after project completion the Client remains responsible, for covering the project cost.

  4. Quality Assurance - The Agency is fully committed to delivering services of quality. "We will do our best to fulfill the Clients expectations and needs.

  5. Pricing - The cost of our services will be. Settled with the Client prior, to starting the project. Any extra expenses or modifications in the projects scope might lead to adjustments, in the project price."

  6. Timeline, for the Project - Before commencing work the Client and the Agency will agree upon a project timeline. The Agency will make efforts to adhere to this timeline. Unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments.

  7. Ownership of Intellectual Property - Once full payment has been made the Client becomes the owner of all work completed by the Agency including designs, code and content. This ownership applies unless there is a written agreement stating otherwise.

  8. Maintaining Confidentiality - The Agency considers all information provided by the Client as confidential. Will not disclose it to any parties without obtaining prior consent from the Client.

  9. Payment Terms - Upon completion of the project and prior to delivering the product or service 70% of the remaining project cost will be due for payment.

  10. Termination Clause - The Agency reserves its right to terminate the project if there is a breach of these terms and conditions by the Client or if unethical conduct is observed.

  11. Resolving Disputes - In case of any disputes arising between both parties they agree to engage in negotiations, with an aim to reach a satisfactory resolution.

  12. Governing Law - The laws of [Jurisdiction] govern these terms and conditions. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of that location.
